PLEASE READ FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRINTING SERVICES
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our customers, please review our standard policies and procedures below.
Specialty & Large Format Printing is available for banners, blueprints, and custom materials. Please contact us directly for a consultation and quote for these services or for any service not explicitly listed on our website.
For multiple or complex projects, please submit a separate order form for each distinct job. This helps us provide accurate pricing and faster service for all orders.
Service Fee: A standard processing and handling fee of $2.50 is applied to every print order.
Order Processing: All orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment. Regular orders are completed in the order they are received during normal business hours.
Additional Fees (When Applicable):
Please be advised that additional fees may apply to orders requiring extra work:
File Access Fee: A charge of $3.00 for each additional file after the third (3) file in a single order.
Design/Correction Fee: For orders that require file conversion, editing, corrections, or special formatting, a design fee will be applied at a rate of $1.00 per minute of staff time required.
Order Confirmation & Payment: You will be contacted via email with the total cost for your order and available payment options before any work begins or payment is processed.
Order Pickup: You will receive a final email notification when your print order is complete and ready for pickup at our location.
We appreciate your business and cooperation with these policies, which allow us to maintain high-quality service for every customer.
For custom sizing use "other" and include dimensions; files must be formatted appropriately or additional design fees will be applied.
Would you like your order rushed? Rushed services will push your request into our priority queue, but they will still be completed in the order that they are added to our rush queue. Regular services are typically completed in less than 1 business day. We will not begin an order until we receive payment, and we will always email you when your order is ready for pickup!
